Mission Statement
Access to our legal system is frequently difficult for individuals and small businesses which may not have the financial resources to litigate with large corporations, especially insurance companies and banks. Not only do these institutions enjoy access to virtually unlimited resources, over the last thirty years they have succeeded in having laws passed which give them an advantage in defending themselves from legitimate claims, and frequently do so with our insurance premiums and tax dollars. While Americans have always prided themselves by pointing to the fairness of our legal system, the independence of our courts and the freedom of our judges from outside influences, this is not always the case. Just because the inscription over the entrance to the United States Supreme Court proudly proclaims "Equal Justice Under Law" does not necessarily mean that the legal system can always deliver on this promise. We are not afraid to take on difficult or unpopular cases, just because the opposition is well financed. If you have been mistreated by a bank or an insurance company and the law provides a remedy, we may be able to help. If you have a legitimate consumer or business dispute, and litigation is necessary, we are not afraid to go to court. And if you are being sued unjustly, we can provide the legal defense you require. We do not charge for an initial consultation. We will candidly evaluate your claim or defense at no cost to you. And should you become a client of this firm, we will represent you with diligence and integrity, and at a reasonable fee, whether at an hourly rate or on a contingent basis. |
