Personal Injury We represent individuals who have suffered personal injury, including injury from defamation. Whether you have been injured in a motor vehicle, slipped and fallen on account of a dangerous walkway, or have had your reputation damaged by a false statement or publication, you may be entitled to recover for the damage you have suffered. Insurance Coverage Many insurance companies have suffered substantial losses from imprudent investments which have lost value during this deep recession, making them more difficult to deal with after a claim is filed. If you have a legitimate dispute with an insurance company refusing to acknowledge what you believe to be a covered claim, we may be able to help you through the insurance claims process. Predatory Lending Many homeowners are facing loss of their homes because of illegal lending practices by mortgage companies and other financial institutions. If you were the victim of such a practice, we will assist you in exploring various options to help you avoid the specter of foreclosure. Subrogation and Collection If you are being sued by an insurance company as a result of your involvement in an a motor vehicle accident, or a collection agency has brought suit against you for a disputed debt, we may be able to assist with an effective defense. Going to Court if Necessary If settlement is not an option, and a case requires litigation, we are not afraid to go to court.
